Steel bars for concrete reinforcement
Our company produces steel bars for concrete reinforcement at three works, Toyohira Works, Tobu Works, and Mizushima Works, and delivers products to a broad range of regions. In particular, the height, interval, and angle of ribs are controlled with high accuracy, and they therefore excel in the adhesion to concrete. As a member that supports reinforced concrete structures, they are extensively used in the fields of construction and civil engineering.

Screw rebars, mechanical joints
Screw rebars are reinforcing bars that have screw threads throughout the bar, and excel in workability because no pressure welding work is required. Since a high-quality iron source is used as the raw material, the product contains fewer impurities, has a stable material quality, and is superb in ductility, toughness, and processability. In addition to screw rebars, we also sell products such as screw couplers, and grouts as accessories.

Beveled deformed steel bars
(New J-BAR)
These are deformed bars that are rolled into a J groove form so that they can be directly welded to a pile head steel pipe. They achieve high weldability, toughness, workability, and economy at the same time. The product is approved by the minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

High-strength shear reinforcements
(J hoop 785）
These high-strength shear reinforcements are of 785 Ｎ/mm2 class and for columns and beams made of reinforced concrete. For the allowable stress for short-term shear reinforcing, 590 N/mm2 (twice that of ordinary steel bar SD295) is available. In addition, these products also excel in base metal elongation and bendability, and deliver sufficient performance as shear reinforcements for columns and beams.

Lock bolts
These lock bolts are for the NATM construction method. Using our company’s steel bars as the raw material, a dedicated plant fabricates them under unique quality control and stably supplies high-quality and high-accuracy products that excel in processability and adhesion.
